Due to further new Covid Plan B restrictions now in place due to the Omicron Variant we are unable to use the any of the church halls or parish rooms until further notice. There will therefore be no hospitality after Mass or any events at any of our churches for the time being. This will be reviewed regularly and we will let you know of any further changes as soon as the information becomes available.
Please note that due to the current Covid situation planned events may need to be changed or cancelled at short notice, please check our Facebook pages, newsletter and website for regular updates with the most current information.
Throughout the year we offer a wide range of regular and one-off events so there is something to suit everyone, whether you prefer a social event, a musical evening, a family day, a parish bus trip, a lively discussion group or some quiet time to think and reflect. Regardless of which you may attend you will be very welcome at any of our events across all three churches.
If there is an event you would like to see – or even better think you can make happen – then please let us know!
St Aidan’s Lunch Club
Lunch Club will be making a welcome return to St Aidan’s in November. Home cooked food and great company, what more could you wish for? With the success of these session we will be serving a soup lunch for the first few sessions until we get an idea of the numbers we are catering for. This is an open invitation to all 3 of our churches, you will be made very welcome…you could even go one better and bring a friend too!
There is no charge for lunch but an opportunity will be given to make a donation. We look forward to seeing you there.

Unfortunately, both of our Epiphany Lunches were cancelled due to the Covid restrictions, however, we look forward to re-arranging both events and welcoming those who booked as soon as it is safe to do so.
Fr David is planning to re-arrange the postponed Lindisfarne Epiphany Lunch for Friday March 18th. Hopefully by then we will have been able to ‘ride out’ the Omicron wave and restrictions will be a thing of the past!! Further details will be shared as soon as they become available.
